Is it okay to roast broccoli with olive oil?
Bottom line is that I have never had an issue with roasting with olive oil. However, if you are not sold on roasting with olive oil, I would suggest using grapeseed oil. It is a neutral oil that is a great alternative to olive oil and has a higher smoke point. It also wont compromise on the flavor aspect.
Health benefits of broccoli
Broccoli is packed with nutritional value and has numerous health benefits. It is high in nutrients including vitamin c and vitamin k to name a few. It is also high in fiber and antioxidants. You cannot go wrong when choosing broccoli as apart of your meal. It can be prepared in a variety of ways and also eaten raw (with ranch dipping sauce of course!).
