- 3 Very ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup butter room temperature
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar packed
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees farenheit.
Peel and mash the bananas in a medium sized bowl with the back of your fork. Set aside.
In a separate bowl cream the butter and sugar together. Add in the eggs and vanilla until mixed well.
Add in flour, baking soda, salt, mashed bananas and sour cream.
Mix until combined but do not overmix. Pour into greased loaf pan.
Bake for 1 hour or until middle comes out mostly clean after inserting a toothpick. Let cool before removing from pan.
