4.5ozjar of sliced mushrooms

15ozjar of alfredo sauce

salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees farenheit
Mix together bisquick mix and italian seasoning. Cut in 4 tbsp butter using a stand or hand mixer. The mixture should look crumbly. Then gently stir in the egg. Set aside.
In a skillet add sausage and mushrooms and cook until crumbly and cooked through completely for about 5 minutes. Drain any fat. Add to casserole dish.
Melt 2 tbsp butter in a skillet. Add beaten eggs and scramble until the eggs are set. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add to the casserole dish with the sausage.
Gently stir in alfredo sauce.
Sprinkle Bisquick mixture evenly over the top. Bake uncovered for about 20 minutes or until topping is a golden brown.
